As well known, Education is the key to successful future and the key element in helping men and women develop to their full potentials, Edu e-Learning opens doors of opportunity that is only available to those who seek it out and put their hearts and souls into it. Though education and becoming exposed to added knowledge and experiences, people can find for themselves what they are best suited or most interested in doing for the rest of their lives. Success is defined differently by every individual person and education is an important tool in both creating a personal definition of success and eventually making it reality.
Making the decision to take advantage of all educational opportunities that are available is not something that is necessarily easy, oftentimes it takes effort to seek out those opportunities that could potentially help to further develop talents and abilities that we may already possess.
“I express my admiration for this young and growing Ethiopian's, endaavoure the time and paitience he paid to bring his wish into reality!" -The Hon. Wolde-Michael Chemu (retired), ex-Federal Minister of Information and Culture, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia /FDRE/.
Education is not limited to school buildings and institutions. While a great deal of learning can come from teachers, professors, text books, and class sessions, these are not the only avenues of education and should not be seen as that way. Anyway, we can educate ourselves or e-Learn more about the world and around our continent is key in establishing a successful career and future.
It is not only the knowledge attained that carry you up the career ladder and into the realms of success but also the connections you make with others and how fast you can think on your feet and solve problems and generate new ideas and thinking. Those who can work independently and can be counted on in the toughest and most trying situations are those that will be most sought out by the professional world, whether that profession happens to be IT engineering, e-Teaching, e-Medicine, e-Learning or anything else.
“I have read the draft African Almanac version, I recommend to read it. It’s an excellent initiative, and think it's quite in order. Moges is geniusly finding ways to serve for the general public especially in terms of empowering and promoting the African continent as a whole" -Dr. Ibrahim Dagash (retired) ex-head of Press and Information Department of the ex-OAU.
Simply to say, getting by and passing by classes in schools is not enough. In order to get a good education, we have to put a great deal of efforts into it and make the most of it. We have to be willing and able to learn new ideas, try new concepts in terms of e-Learning and e-Teachings, and experiment with what we are unfamiliar. Though, Education through African studies is the key to success because, everything involved in the process of education involves the intake of new knowledge; the application of new techniques, and the connection of new geographic, socio-economic, socio-historic, socio-cultural and socio political information with what we already know or have experienced.
“It's an excellent job that Moges is trying to do" -Mohammed "Mo" Amin (the late) of Camerapix/Reuters TV, Nairobi, Kenya.

To provide a clear pic on to the Executive Editor and the past!Moges Mulugeta Amharay had interviewed several career African diplomats, and press councilors of the African governments residing in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, the seat of the African Union Commission during a door-to-door approach to gather resource materials to show up the interlinked history of almost all African 55 independent nation states and the fourteen Dependency islands and islets in A to Z (ALGERIA-ZIMBABWE) volume whose most member states share common sense of economic development and social identity. As school boy, Moges was fond of story-telling and later in life he had proved himself to be a competent part time writer of historic, geographic, and public diaries articles. A former classmate, and a close friend has described him as modest and talented, and was extremely capable man to compile such volume.
Though, inspired by a pan-African sense, he has developed himself further through reading, overseas correspondences, healthy discussions and friendly debates on pre-independence and post-colony African history and current affairs those remained as part of his hobbies to date. As a born optimist, he’s oriented to public spirited activities and believes that a man should do something good for the general public during his lifetime.
Amharay honored for his global peace activities from the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), and the Inter-religious and International Federation for World Peace (IIFWP) where based in Seoul, The Republic of Korea (RoK) at a ceremony held in the Congress Hall of Addis Ababa in October, 2006. Mr. Moges Mulugeta was nominated and selected for this great honor on the basis of his firm dedication to peace, civil and democratic rights in his native country, and his outstanding contributions to African studies having significantly making him the right person he is today.
The “Ambassadors for Peace” title of the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) & International and Inter-religious Federation for World Peace (IIFWP) based in Seoul, Republic of Korea is a global network of leaders from religion, politics, the mass media, academia, and civil society working co-operatively for the sake of world peace. The Universal Peace Federation (UPF) and the International and Inter-religious Federation for World Peace (IIFWP) chose globally
“Ambassadors for Peace” to those individuals whose lives exemplify the ideal of living for the sake of others, and who dedicate themselves to universal moral values, consciousness, strong family life, inter-religious cooperation, international harmony, renewal of the United Nations, a responsible public media, and of course the establishment of a culture of peace. The “Ambassadors for Peace” initiative was launched in January of 2001 in Seoul, Republic of Korea (RoK), and giving rise to a series of educational programs aimed at reconciliation and peace initiatives. Nearly 70,000 Ambassadors for Peace have been appointed worldwide by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) and the Inter-religious and International Federation for World Peace (IIFWP).
Mr. Moges has campaigned for the country’s pro-democracy party, the Coalition for Unity and Democracy (CUD), which was achieved a sweeping victory in the capital, Addis Ababa during the May-2005 national and parliamentary elections, but to his dismay, when the results were overturned and protests broke out amid allegations of fraud, the ruling-EPRDF party quickly began cracking down on to the opposition CUD Party and it’s supporters. European Election Observers led by The Hon. MEP Anna Maria Gomes of EU reported extensive human-rights violations in the months that followed with killings of 193 peaceful demonstrators about 763 were injured and tens of thousands more imprisoned by the police and security forces. Though, Moges escapes arrest and moved to the countryside but his connections to the opposition political groups subjected him to continued threats, harassment, and intense intimidation even long after the election.
Mr. Mulugeta studied academic education courses, majored by African studies. But in recent years, he spends much of his time on studying ethnography rewriting African socio-cultural issues i.e. history, language, culture, literature. “Africacomplete.com – The Complete & Comprehensive Guide to the African countries, peoples, and politics” presents some of his dedicated works to promote the entire continent, he finds interesting traditional beliefs, records inspiring events, discovering new African heritages, corresponds with various Africans, traveling around the continent, meeting with various personalities at the Diaspora.
Ethiopia, despite being the chartered seat of the OAU, and now the official seat of the African Union Commission (AUC), the incumbent anti press regime in Ethiopia had never practiced even the minimum space for all inclusive political dialogue and reconciliation that benefited the citizens of many African nations at least enjoying political welbeing, stability and tranquility which is that’s so natural. So Moges self-exiles in Norway for about a decade, where he engaged with Norwegian language (Norskurs), and Social Science (Norge Samfunnsfag) studies since his arrival in 3rd July, 2007 until he left Norway in 9th June, 2017.
